Refund policy

At Ted Baker Albania, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item is not suitable, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the conditions below.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that they are unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. All original tags, labels and packaging must remain attached.

Items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, perfume, stains or missing tags cannot be accepted for return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or style, please contact our customer care team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is not available, you may choose another item or request a refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, where possible. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds may be arranged through bank transfer or another approved method.

Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side or a defective item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including worn items, damaged items, items without tags, personal accessories, and products marked as final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the product. Our team will review the case and assist you with a replacement, exchange or refund.
